Return/Refund Policies

ALL of our return policies are different based on products and vendors. Please see the list below for the return and/or exchange policies. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us.

Clothing & Other Accessories

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be back to us within 14 business days of the date received.
  • ALL orders placed whether they're processed or not pertain to STORE CREDIT ONLY in regards to return/exchange. NO ORDER MAY BE CANCELED AFTER PURCHASING.
  • Please ship return items to the return address stated on the original shipping label.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.
  • All orders contain a packing slip upon arrival, please make sure to include this packing slip in your return package so we know your order number. We cannot provide credit if we don't know whose return it is.
  • Sale items and accessories are final sale & cannot be returned. 
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive an exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, you request for an exchange or store credit will not be processed.

Shipping Policies

ALL of our items are shipped from vendors within 7-10 Business Days. There is no shipping over the weekends or on holidays! Select items may ship separately.

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). You agree that all information you provide is accurate, and you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, costs, and return policies are outlined on our Shipping & Returns Policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, images, designs, product names, text, and graphics—is the property of Platinum West Outfitters or its licensors, vendors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platinum West Outfitters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or products.
